How the membership works

i. Pick your treatments

Choose any waxing service from our menu. Hollywood, Brazilian, legs, underarms, brow, full body – mix and match anything. There’s no fixed package to slot into.

ii. Pick your cadence

Monthly, every 6 weeks, or every 2 months. Coming in more often gets a bigger discount because we know we’ll see you regularly.

iii. See your monthly amount

We work out the value of your visits over a year, apply your cadence discount, and divide by 12. That’s your monthly membership amount.

Prices shown are our standard pay-per-visit rates. The membership applies your cadence discount on top. Pregnancy variants are available at retail but not bundled into a membership. The Vajacial (post-wax intimate skincare £40) is not part of this membership – add it to any visit on the day.

The exact monthly amount you signed up for. No price increases mid-membership.
Every treatment in your basket, every visit.
The same standard of care across all four studios.
A 14-day cooling-off period from the day you sign up.
A clean cancellation at month 12. No automatic re-billing. We’ll email 60 days before to ask whether you want a new membership.

This membership has no extra charges beyond your monthly fee. The monthly amount you see in the calculator is the only amount you pay. Read the full membership agreement before signing up – it sets out cancellation rights, missed-payment handling, and everything else in plain language.

Common questions.

Is this a subscription?

No. It’s a 12-month membership paid monthly by direct debit. At the end of the 12 months it ends automatically – we won’t keep billing you on a rolling basis. We’ll get in touch about whether you want to start a new membership.

How is my monthly amount worked out?

We add up the standard one-off prices for the treatments you’ve chosen, apply a discount based on how often you come in (30% if you come monthly, 25% if every 6 weeks, 20% if every 2 months), multiply by the number of visits in 12 months, and divide by 12. Same maths, every customer.

Can I change my treatments or my cadence after I’ve signed up?

Mid-membership changes mean a new membership: we end the current one (settling fairly for what you’ve used) and start a fresh 12-month membership with your new selections. We do this so the price you signed up for stays honest.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

If you give us less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t turn up, that visit counts as taken. If you cancel in time we’ll rebook. The membership continues either way.

What if I can’t make my membership payment one month?

We’ll automatically retry the payment over the following week, and we’ll email and text you so you know. We won’t cancel your membership without talking to you first. If you genuinely can’t pay, contact us early and we’ll work something out.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You have 14 days from the day you sign up to cancel for any reason under your statutory cooling-off rights (we may deduct the value of any treatments you’ve already had). After the 14 days, the membership is a 12-month commitment, but we’ll consider mid-membership cancellation in genuine circumstances – medical reasons, our failure to deliver, or at our discretion. Are facials, massage, or the Vajacial included?

Not in this membership. We’re starting with waxing only. The Vajacial and other skincare add-ons are charged at our standard rates if you want them on the day.

I’m pregnant – can I still wax?

Yes. We offer Pregnancy Hollywood and Pregnancy Brazilian variants at our retail rate. These are not bundled into a membership in v1, but you can book them as one-off visits at any of our studios.

Does it work across all four studios?

Yes. Manchester, Leeds and Wilmslow. Book wherever suits your week.

Do you store my card details?

Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. You can update your card any time through a secure customer portal.
